Silver Spoon is a unified fashion business management SaaS platform designed to help fashion professionals manage measurements, orders, payments, websites, logistics, appointments, and customer data. Silver Spoon is a technology service provider only and does not act as a bank, logistics company, payment processor, or agent for your customers.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether directly or indirectly authorised by you or not.
Silver Spoon offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans, billed in advance.
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Except where required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial use, unused features, or early termination.
Silver Spoon may provide an in-app wallet to facilitate transactions related to your use of the Platform.
Silver Spoon is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account, including sharing passwords or devices.
6.1 Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors.
6.2 Silver Spoon does not store or process sensitive card or bank details.
6.3 By using the Platform, you authorise Silver Spoon and its payment partners to process payments on your behalf.
6.4 Silver Spoon is not responsible for payment delays, failures, outages, or errors caused by payment processors.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria.
19.1 The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through amicable negotiation or mutual agreement within two months of the dispute's occurrence. If no resolution is reached within that time, either party may escalate the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction for resolution.
19.2 The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply and is specifically excluded from these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
